Charlene has worked in the dental field for over 20 years. She worked as a Registered Dental Assistant for many years, but now she prefers the challenges and interactions at the front desk. Her years of experience as a dental assistant has increased her effectiveness as an Appointment Secretary, because she can see things from both a "front office" and "back office" perspective.
Charlene says, "I'm a Christian. I'm a member of the Newbirth Church in Pittsburg, where I also work in the nursery. I'm originally from St. Louis, Missouri, and I moved to California in 1977. I'm both a mom and a grandmother."
