Dental Insurance

If you have dental insurance, it is intended to cover some, but not all, of the cost of your treatment. Most plans include a deductible, co-payment, or other expenses which must be paid by the patient. Some procedures are not covered benefits with particular insurance plans. Certain insurance plans use outdated or unrealistic fee schedules. Please bring your plan information with you to your visit so that we may help you determine your plan benefits.

As a service to our patients, we will handle the insurance paperwork for you for no charge. We will use electronic claims processing to submit your claims for you, and we will follow-up if necessary. You must recognize, however, that your insurance contract is between you and your insurance company, and we have no control over what they will or will not cover. We will do our very best to secure maximum benefits for you, but the ultimate responsibility for payment is yours.

At the end of each visit, we will estimate (to the best of our ability, what your insurance will pay, and we will ask you to pay your co-payment.
